No computer or smartphone? No problem, Service NSW has set up a new help desk at the Laurieton United Services Club.
Staff from Service NSW are now stationed at the LUSC on Thursdays from 10am to 4.30pm to help Camden Haven residents access the Regional Seniors Travel Card. The service is in the second year of a two year trial across the region.
Residents are able to apply for the $250 prepaid credit card for use in taxis, petrol and transport, without traveling to traditional centres in Port Macquarie or Wauchope.
Port Macquarie and Wauchope Service Centre manager Peter Dawson said people can also book a free appointment to discuss over 70 government rebates and savings.
