Nike, sponsors desert NFL superstar after alleged sexual assault victims speak out – Fox Sports

A number of big-name sponsors have walked away from NFL star Deshaun Watson in the wake of 22 civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct or sexual assault.

Nike said in a statement it was deeply concerned by the disturbing allegations and would continue to closely monitor the situation, while announcing it was uspending, and not minating, their long-standing relationship with the player.
